Son of the Midwest with an instinct for the human side of business, Christopher Hyldahl, JEM3’s founder and principal, combines bold creativity with a simple reverence for life. He observes closely and acts decisively. For him, real estate investing is a calling that demands craftsmanship, patience and purpose.

Over his 20+ years in seniors housing and skilled nursing real estate, Chris has negotiated, structured and closed over $8 billion in transactions. As co-founder of Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, he was instrumental in building one of the industry’s most respected firms before stepping away in 2021 to lay the foundations for what would become JEM3.

Away from the office, Chris is a lover of Old-World wines and cooking with wood fire, classic cars, design and architecture, black-and-white photography and long days spent outdoors with his wife and sons.
